Cornerstone Culinary Kitchen has scheduled classes for the 2016 Fall and Holiday Season, stretching from a Late Summer Grilling on the Deck to a New Year’s Eve Dinner Celebration. Along the way there are many traditional customer favorites as well as some new, original classes. These classes will all be presented by our Executive Chef, Chuck Laporta and our professional staff.
September starts off with a couple of summer encores; our second Italian Villa Dinner and Wine Pairing with ,a href=”http://vineyardathershey.com/” target=”_blank”>The Vineyards at Hershey on September 7th followed by the Late Summer Grilling On the Deck on September 15th. This is followed by a brand new cooking class, Tour of Europe, on September 21st. Here, each dish originates from a different European county, making for a unique culinary experience.
In October, we return to some popular Fall cooking classes, starting with harvest-themed, Bounty of the Fall on October 5th. Two weeks later we provide the interesting, fun and delicious Tasty Tapas class on the 19th. Sensational Sandwich and Beer Pairing wraps up the month’s classes on October 26th.
In November, we’ll bring back a couple of our most popular cooking classes, with Wild Fish and Game on November 10th and Hearty Soups and Stews, served with fresh baked bread from McGrath’s Bakehouse in Mechanicsburg on November 16th. Finally, we kick off the Holiday season with a Holiday Breakfast and Brunch cooking class on November 30th.
Chef’s world famous Feast of the Seven Fishes will be held as a special three and a half hour class on Thursday, December 8th. On December 14th, we set you up for the Christmas party season with Holiday Party Appetizers. Finally, we close out the year and usher in 2017 with our traditional Night Before New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Eve Dinner Celebration classes.
