Cornerstone is continually enhancing its menu to accommodate every sweet tooth, hunger pang and craving, so the best way to stay current is to stop in. Beyond our comprehensive drinks menu we also offer all-day breakfast, lunch and selections for a casual dinner.

For breakfast on-the-go or leisurely weekend brunch, we offer selections made from scratch in Cornerstone's kitchen. Baked goods vary weekly, but staples include oat bars, gluten-free sports bars and breakfast cookies. Another favorite is homemade baked oatmeal topped with blueberries and steamed milk; we also serve toasted bagels (try one with Cornerstone's homemade hummus and sliced tomato!) as well as breakfast sandwiches and burritos.

Lunch is served from 10:30 am-3:30 pm Monday through Friday with limited menus available after hours. The menu comprises assorted sandwiches and salads plus a weekly lunch special and soups that change daily. Almost any item can be prepared without meat, or have meat added, and we always offer vegetarian and vegan soup options. Soup from our well-stocked cold case can be heated any time and served with crackers or half a bagel. If you have dietary restrictions or don't see anything you like, then talk to a barista: Cornerstone is glad to accommodate special requests whenever possible.

For casual dinner grab a soup or salad or have a barista prepare chicken or tuna salad on our field greens or five-grain bread. And don't forget dessert! Peruse the cases for plentiful cookies, cakes and pies.
